YOGA

Doing yoga is a very beneficial practice. Doing yoga in the tropics at Sol Spa, is a must. We teach a slow flowing class, catered to each particular group. Mats are provided as is a smile and good time.

PUBLIC CLASSES

Held every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday

PRIVATE CLASSES

Onsite 1-4 people $75 US + tax

Offsite 1-4 people $90 US + tax
